Wrestling with Pop Culture’s 2nd Anniversary Party

Posted on 11 February 2013 by Jonathan Williams

It’s that time of year again! What time is that, you ask? Well, time for Wrestling with Pop Culture‘s anniversary party, of course. And this year’s event will be even bigger than last year’s as Monstrosity Championship Wrestling crowns its first champion. Be there to see semifinal matches pitting the Phantom against “Bona Fide” Fred Yehi and Papa Marko against “The Undead Luchador” Supernatural! Witness a queer bar brawl where Johnny Danger and Dragula take their fight against the intolerant Alabama Wolfman and Kentucky Wolfman all over the bar! Quozzy Quozzbourne promises to bring a St. Patrick’s Day leprechaun to the party, Dark Mon vows to preach his own Easter sermon and much, much more as Wrestling with Pop Culture and the Silver Scream SpookShow bring MCW back to Club Famous! Raffle prizes include monster chocolates from Chocolate F/X, unusual accessories from Diamond*Star*Halo, artwork from H.C. Warner‘s Munkeytown and Pine Street Market‘s always-popular box of meat! Then there’s that DVD copy of Maximum Conviction, starring Steven Seagal and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin that is sure to be a hit.¬†We also have two pairs of tickets to Nuclear Cowboyz at Philips Arena this weekend, which means you might get to watch guys get set on fire and ride around on motorcycles! The Cayrum honeys will have will be puring their concoctions, plus Metal Gaga performs heavy metal versions of Lady Gaga hits! All that and more for only $10.
