Georgia Wrestling Now welcomes Francisco Ciatso, Miss Allie and Terry Lawler

Following a weekend that included wresting shows from WWE, Total Nonstop Action and a host of Georgia’s top indie promotions, Georgia Wrestling Now prepares for another big wrestling weekend. Hot off Rampage Pro Wrestling‘s Sizzling Summer Bash, Wrestling with Pop Culture and Team All You Can Eat’s Matt Hankins hear from “The King of Florida” Francisco Ciatso, as well as the alluringly influential manager Miss Allie, both prominent figures in RPW’s triple main event this Sunday. Then we hear from Terry Lawler, who makes his Monstrosity Championship Wrestling debut as The Jailhouse Rocker at the all-ages Memphis matinee on Aug. 3. The Georgia wrestling scene was filled with controversy and scandal once again last weekend, and some of these topics are addressed on this week’s Georgia Wrestling Now. Universal Independent Wrestling’s Mark Grason asked for some of our time, so listen to hear his special announcements. Team All You Can Eat’s Matt Hankins, Wrestling with Pop Culture and Georgia Wrestling History‘s Larry Goodman talk to a litany of imposing figures on the Georgia wrestling scene on this week’s Georgia Wrestling Now. It all starts with an unexpected call from The Jagged Edge, who has plenty to talk about with his involvement in upcoming Anarchy Wrestling and Platinum Championship Wrestling events. Georgia Wrestling Now welcomes “The Demigod” Mason and Brian Blaze

Independence Day weekend is upon is, which means plenty of explosive wrestling action will be happening throughout Georgia. And this week’s Georgia Wrestling Now lights the fuse as Team All You Can Eat’s Matt Hankins, Georgia Wrestling History‘s Larry Goodman and Wrestling with Pop Culture talk to two of the guys that will be involved with some of this weekend’s biggest events. First we hear from new Pro Wrestling Resurrection United States Champion Brian Blaze, who will be part of De La Vega’s team in the Platinum Championship Wrestling Revolutionary War Games on July 4, then defends his PWR Tag Team Championship and U.S. Championship at Heatwave on July 7. Then we hear from “The Demigod” Mason, who will be on the opposing team at PCW’s Revolutionary War Games before challenging “The Undead Luchador” Supernatural at Monstrosity Championship Wrestling on July 5. The National Wrestling Alliance has a deep-rooted history in Georgia that continues to this day, as proven by this week’s Georgia Wrestling Now guests. Having captured the most prestigious title of his career thus far on June 14, NWA National Champion Vordell Walker talks to Team All You Can Eat’s Matt Hankins and Wrestling with Pop Culture about this momentous victory, as well as this Fridays NWA Southern All Star Wrestling event. If this week’s Georgia Wrestling Now has a theme, “on the verge” might be a good way to describe it. Matt “Sex” Sells, a standout at Georgia promotions such as Pro Wrestling Resurrection, Progression Pro Wrestling and NWA Atlanta, looks to make an impression with Ring of Honor as he attends the Best in the World iPPV on June 22, as well as the ROH TV taping the following night.
